There are many ways to make an Espresso Martini but the one in the video is with Baileys Irish Cream.

It pairs really well with the espresso because of the caramel flavors.

You will need vodka, Kahlua and Baileys. First, prepare the espresso by putting beans into the hopper.

If you use the dual wall filter in your porta filter, make sure you use the dual filter setting for the grind amount. Next, insert the porta filter and push once.

Pack the grind tightly by hand, then use the magnetic tamper and tamp it down.

You can give a polish to make sure there are no loose grinds around the rim of the porta filter.

Then, lock the porta filter into place and pull a double shot into a preheated cup and pour it into a shaker with 1 ounce of Baileys, 1 1/2 ounces of Kahlua, and 1 1/2 ounces of vodka. Add ice and shake about 10 times. To garnish, bring out some of the citrus notes with some lemon.
